Whom to Contact with Questions Concerning the Certification Process Under FLSA Section 14(c)

All applications for certification under FLSA Section 14(c) are processed by the Wage and Hour Division’s FLSA Section 14(c) Certification Team in Chicago, Illinois.

Both the WH-226 and the WH-226A include detailed instructions. If, after reading them carefully, you still have questions about the certification process, you may call the Certification Team member who covers your state.
