Poster Requirements for Employers of Workers with Disabilities
Under FLSA Section 14(c)

In addition to maintaining certain records, covered employers who are authorized to pay special minimum wages to workers with disabilities are required to display certain posters provided by the Wage and Hour Division. Employers can obtain these posters at no charge from any Wage and Hour Division office or by downloading them using the following links:

• FLSA Minimum Wage Poster
• Notice to Workers with Disabilities Paid at Special Minimum Wages
• Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Poster (if covered by the statute)
