Information for Uninsured Persons

If you have become, or are about to become, uninsured, certain events that resulted in your loss of coverage under a group health plan may trigger your right to elect COBRA continuation coverage, which would continue coverage under that plan for a limited period. In addition, certain events may trigger your right to coverage under a group health plan sponsored by an employer, employee organization (such as a union), or both that currently covers a family member.
