Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 This contract does not appear to be covered by the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988. Although you are not required by the Act to implement a drug-free workplace program, you may still benefit by doing so. Such programs help organizations increase productivity, boost bottom lines and manage risk. They also send a clear message that organizations care about the health and safety of their employees.
