The Office of the Ombudsman will provide a brief overview of EEOICPA and will discuss its role in providing information and assistance to claimants and potential claimants on the benefits available under Part E. Representatives from the Department of Labor, NIOSH, as well as the Former Workers Medical Screening Program will also discuss their offices and the assistance that they can offer EEOICPA claimants. Following this presentation, there will be a question and answer period, and afterwards claimants will an opportunity to speak with representatives from the various offices concerning their individual claims.
