____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before ALEC J. KOROMILAS, COLLEEN DUFFY KIKO,
DAVID S. GERSON
The issues in this case are: (1) whether appellant met her burden of proof in establishing that she sustained carpal tunnel syndrome in the performance of duty; and (2) whether appellant has any residual disability causally related to her federal employment.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issues involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative dated December 7, 2000 is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The decisions of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated December 7 and March 23, 2000 are hereby affirmed.
