DECISION and ORDER

The issues are: (1) whether appellant’s total knee replacement surgery on January 11, 1999 is causally related to his February 21, 1994 employment injury; (2) whether appellant had any injury-related condition of his left ankle after January 11, 1999; and (3) whether appellant had any injury-related condition of his low back after June 16, 1997.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issues involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the hearing representative of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated and made final on October 24, 2000 is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated October 24, 2000 is affirmed.
