            The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly found that appellant did not sustain a recurrence of disability beginning September 13, 1998 causally related to his February 20, 1981 employment injury.

            The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record.  The Board finds that the February 24, 2000 decision of the hearing representative of the Office is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.

            The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated February 24, 2000 is hereby affirmed.
