Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board
____________
In the Matter of CAROL M. BARKSDALE and DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE,
MILITARY AIRLIFT COMMAND, DE
Docket No. 00-2503; Submitted on the Record;
Issued September 4, 2001
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before DAVID S. GERSON, WILLIE T.C. THOMAS,
PRISCILLA ANNE SCHWAB
The issues are: (1) whether appellant sustained a medical condition or disability causally related to her federal employment on April 15, 1999; and (2) whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly terminated appellant’s benefits on the basis that she no longer suffered any residuals due to her December 2, 1998 employment injury.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issues involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the hearing representative of the Office dated and made final on May 11, 2000 is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated May 11, 2000 is affirmed.
