Issued June 8, 2001

____________

DECISION and ORDER

Before   DAVID S. GERSON, WILLIE T.C. THOMAS,

BRADLEY T. KNOTT

The issues are:  (1) whether appellant received a $2,856.30 overpayment of compensation; and (2) whether appellant was at fault in the creation of the overpayment, thereby precluding waiver of recovery of the overpayment.
