Docket No. 00-978; Submitted on the Record;
Issued July 12, 2001
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before DAVID S. GERSON, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether appellant had any disability causally related to her March 11, 1988 employment injury after October 26, 1995, the date the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs terminated her compensation benefits.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the December 31, 1998 decision of the hearing representative of the Office is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.[1]
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated December 31, 1998 is hereby affirmed.

[1] The record contains a January 5, 2000 decision denying appellant’s request for merit review of the December 31, 1998 decision. As this decision was issued after appellant filed her appeal with the Board on December 29, 1999 and involved the same issues before the Board while the Board had jurisdiction over the case, it is null and void.
