POST OFFICE, Toledo, OH
Docket No. 00-537; Submitted on the Record;
Issued February 7, 2001
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before DAVID S. GERSON, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
A. PETER KANJORSKI
The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly suspended appellant’s compensation benefits beginning March 15, 1999 pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 8123 for refusal to undergo a second opinion medical examination.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the Office hearing representative dated August 25, 1999, which affirmed the Office’s March 15, 1999 decision, is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The August 25, 1999 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is hereby affirmed.
