BULL RUN STEAM PLANT, Clitton, TN
Docket No. 98-2286; Submitted on the Record;
Issued September 18, 2000
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before MICHAEL J. WALSH, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
VALERIE D. EVANS-HARRELL
The issue is whether appellant has met his burden of proof to establish that he is entitled to compensation for wage loss from August 7, 1990 through August 23, 1994 due to disability causally related to his May 9, 1984 employment injury.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative dated November 10, 1997, which affirmed the Office’s October 9, 1996 decision, is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative dated November 10, 1997 is hereby affirmed.
