DECISION and ORDER

The issue is whether appellant has established that he was entitled to temporary total disability beginning May 23, 1995 due to his accepted employment injury.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of the appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the hearing representative of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative that appellant has not established that he was temporarily totally disabled starting May 23, 1995 due to his accepted emploment injury.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated January 8, 1999 and finalized January 14, 1999 is hereby affirmed.
