____________
In the Matter of DAVID A. KIMBLE and DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY,
PUGET SOUND NAVAL SHIPYARD, Bremerton, WA
Docket No. 98-621; Submitted on the Record;
Issued May 2, 2000
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before GEORGE E. RIVERS, WILLIE T.C. THOMAS,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether appellant has any compensable disability causally related to his accepted temporary aggravation of his preexisting sinusitis on and after July 27, 1995.
The Board has carefully reviewed the record of evidence and considered the contentions of appellant on appeal and finds that the September 5, 1997 decision of the hearing representative of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case. The Board, therefore, adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated September 5, 1997 is hereby affirmed.
