U. S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board
____________
In the Matter of WILLAIM COX and U.S. POSTAL SERVICE,
HOLMESBURG STATION, Philadelphia, PA
Docket No. 98-1217; Submitted on the Record;
Issued June 21, 2000
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before WILLIE T.C. THOMAS, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly reduced appellant’s compensation benefits based on its determination that the selected position of collection clerk fairly and reasonably represented appellant’s wage-earning capacity.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the Office hearing representative dated July 10, 1997 which affirmed the Office’s January 15, 1997 decision is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative dated July 10, 1997 and the Office’s January 15, 1997 decision are hereby affirmed.
