POST OFFICE, Cleveland, OH
Docket No. 98-1766; Submitted on the Record;
Issued July 18, 2000
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before WILLIE T.C. THOMAS, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
A. PETER KANJORSKI
The issue is whether appellant established that she sustained a recurrence of disability on December 11, 1996 and January 14, 1997, causally related to her accepted work injuries of November 30, 1994 and December 21, 1995.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of the parties on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative, dated and finalized on March 19, 1998, is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
Accordingly, the decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated March 19, 1998 is hereby affirmed.
