____________

In the Matter of MARGIE E. McGILLEN and U.S. POSTAL SERVICE,

MAIN POST OFFICE, Butte, Mont.

Docket No. 97-1018; Submitted on the Record;

Issued March 9, 1999

____________

DECISION and ORDER

Before   DAVID S. GERSON, BRADLEY T. KNOTT,

A. PETER KANJORSKI

            The issue is whether appellant established that her cervical condition was causally related to the accepted work injuries on February 20, 1992.

            The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record.  The Board finds that the November 22, 1996 decision of the hearing representative of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and therefore adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.

            The November 22, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is affirmed.
