____________
In the Matter of MARIE GUSTAMACHIO, claiming as the widow of JOHN GUSTAMACHIO and DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY, NAVAL SUBMARINE STATION,
New London, Conn.
Docket No. 97-991; Submitted on the Record;
Issued March 29, 1999
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before WILLIE T.C. THOMAS, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
A. PETER KANJORSKI
The issue is whether appellant established that her husband’s death on April 15, 1992 was causally related to his accepted work injuries sustained on January 28, 1955.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the October 18, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and therefore adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
The October 18, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is affirmed.
