DECISION and ORDER

The issue is whether appellant met his burden of proof to establish that he has more than two percent binaural loss of hearing for which he received a schedule award.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the hearing representative of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated April 10, 1997 and finalized April 11, 1997, is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative. Therefore, the award of compensation issued by the Office on May 1, 1997 in accordance with the decision of the Office hearing representative is also affirmed.
The decisions of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated April 10, 1997 and finalized April 11, 1997, and May 1, 1997 are affirmed.
