NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND, Philadelphia, Pa.
Docket No. 97-1504; Submitted on the Record;
Issued July 7, 1999
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before GEORGE E. RIVERS, DAVID S. GERSON,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly reduced appellant’s compensation benefits, effective May 1, 1996, based on its determination that the selected position of ticket seller fairly and reasonably represented his wage-earning capacity.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the hearing representative of the Office, dated February 18, 1997, is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated February 18, 1997 is hereby affirmed.
