____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before GEORGE E. RIVERS, DAVID S. GERSON,
MICHAEL E. GROOM
The issue is whether appellant is entitled to a schedule award for permanent impairment, causally related to his accepted employment condition of temporary aggravation of diabetic neuropathy of his feet, which ceased as of October 27, 1993.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the September 27, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case, and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
Accordingly, the decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated September 27, 1996 is hereby affirmed.
