Issued February 11, 1999
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before DAVID S. GERSON, BRADLEY T. KNOTT,
A. PETER KANJORSKI
The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs met its burden of proof to terminate appellant’s compensation benefits effective August 25, 1995 on the grounds that she had no further condition or disability causally related to her January 12, 1987 employment injury.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the hearing representative of the Office dated December 16, 1996 and finalized December 18, 1996 is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative regarding the issue of the Office’s termination of appellant’s benefits effective August 25, 1995.[1]
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated December 16, 1996 and finalized December 18, 1996 is hereby affirmed.
