The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly reduced appellant’s compensation effective December 9, 1995 to reflect her actual earnings as a modified distribution clerk.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant’s on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the October 29, 1996 decision of the hearing representative of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, finalized on October 30, 1996, is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.[1]
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated October 29, 1996 and finalized October 30, 1996 is hereby affirmed.
