U. S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board
____________
In the Matter of EVELYN D. WATSON and DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS,
LOUGARIS MEDICAL CENTER, Reno, Nev.
Docket No. 97-879; Submitted on the Record;
Issued February 5, 1999
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before GEORGE E. RIVERS, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
A. PETER KANJORSKI
The issues are: (1) whether appellant has established that her continuing disability after April 24, 1992 was causally related to 1988 and 1990 work injuries; and (2) whether she is entitled to a schedule award for permanent partial impairment of her right knee.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issues involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the November 15, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and therefore adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
The November 15, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is affirmed.[1]
