Docket No. 97-747; Submitted on the Record;
Issued February 25, 1999
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before GEORGE E. RIVERS, MICHAEL E. GROOM,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether appellant has established that she sustained an aggravation of a preexisting emotional condition in the performance of duty, causally related to compensable factors of her federal employment.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the November 12, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
Accordingly, the decisions of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated November 12 and February 14, 1996 are hereby affirmed.
