U. S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board
____________
In the Matter of NANCY L. BELL and DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY,
DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION REGION WEST, Lathrop, Calif.
Docket No. 97-1675; Submitted on the Record;
Issued April 13, 1999
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before MICHAEL E. GROOM, BRADLEY T. KNOTT,
A. PETER KANJORSKI
The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly terminated appellant’s entitlement to compensation benefits effective August 5, 1996, finding that her disability and injury residuals causally related to her December 20, 1983 low back soft tissue muscular strain injury or to her January 11, 1984 temporary aggravation of asthma, had ceased.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the March 28, 1997 decision of the Office’s hearing representative is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
Accordingly, the decisions of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated March 28, 1997 and August 5, 1996 are hereby affirmed.
