Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board
____________
In the Matter of JACQUELINE L. SCHMITZ and U.S. POSTAL SERVICE,
POST OFFICE, Mount Pleasant, Pa.
Docket No. 96-1057; Submitted on the Record;
Issued June 11, 1998
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before DAVID S. GERSON, WILLIE T.C. THOMAS,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly terminated appellant’s compensation effective July 18, 1994 on the grounds that she had no residual disability as a result of her February 8, 1990 accepted employment injury of dorsolumbar strain.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the July 17, 1995 decision of the hearing representative of the Office, finalized on that date, is in accordance with the facts and law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
The decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated and finalized July 17, 1995 is hereby affirmed.
