Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board
____________
In the Matter of PATSY C. GRIFFIN and DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS,
VETERANS ADMINISTRATION MEDICAL CENTER, West Haven, Conn.
Docket No. 96-1793; Submitted on the Record;
Issued July 17, 1998
______________
DECISION and ORDER
Before DAVID S. GERSON, WILLIE T.C. THOMAS,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether appellant established that her recurrence of disability after April 24, 1994 was causally related to the accepted work injury sustained on March 9, 1993.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal, and the entire case record. The Board finds that the June 30, 1995 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and therefore adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
The June 30, 1995 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is affirmed.
