POST OFFICE, Cincinnati, Ohio
Docket No. 96-1658; Submitted on the Record;
Issued July 6, 1998
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before DAVID S. GERSON, WILLIE T.C. THOMAS,
A. PETER KANJORSKI
The issue is whether the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs properly reduced appellant’s compensation under 5 U.S.C. § 8113(b) to reflect her loss of wage-earning capacity had she continued to participate in vocational rehabilitation.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the Office hearing representative dated February 15, 1996 and finalized February 16, 1996, is in accordance with the facts and law in the case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusion of the hearing representative.
The decision dated February 15, 1996 and finalized February 16, 1996 of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is affirmed.
