The issue is whether appellant has met her burden of proof in establishing that she sustained an emotional condition due to factors of her federal employment.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative dated and finalized January 18, 1995 is in accordance with the facts and law in the case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.[1]
The January 18, 1995 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is affirmed.
