In the Matter of GEORGE DENNIS DUFFY and DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS,
VETERANS ADMINISTRATION MEDICAL CENTER, Miami, Fla.
Docket No. 96-1380; Submitted on the Record;
Issued July 22, 1998
____________
DECISION and ORDER
Before GEORGE E. RIVERS, DAVID S. GERSON,
BRADLEY T. KNOTT
The issue is whether appellant has established that his recurrence of disability was causally related to the accepted May 13, 1975 injury.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal, and the entire case record. The Board finds that the January 25, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs’ hearing representative is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and therefore adopts the findings and conclusions of the hearing representative.
The January 25, 1996 decision of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is affirmed.
