The issue is whether appellant has established that he is entitled to compensation for total disability as of May 20, 1989 due to his December 4, 1977 and October 24, 1979 employment injuries.
The Board has given careful consideration to the issue involved, the contentions of appellant on appeal, and the entire case record. The Board finds that the decision of the hearing representative of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated December 16, 1994 and finalized December 19, 1994 is in accordance with the facts and the law in this case and hereby adopts the findings and conclusions of the Office hearing representative.
The decisions of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs dated December 16, 1994 and finalized December 19, 1994 and June 1, 1994 are hereby affirmed.
