Proposed Rule Relating to Adjustment of Civil Monetary Penalties
Correction
In proposed rule document 97-10078, beginning on page 19078 in the
issue of Friday, April 18, 1997, make the following corrections:
1. On page 19079, in the first column, in the second paragraph, in
the sixth line, ``Construction'' should read ``Constitution''.
2. On page 19079, in the first column, in the second paragraph, in
the eleventh line ``cmpad@jpwba.dol.gov'' should read
``cmpadj@pwba.dol.gov''.
