Workforce Recruitment Program Recruiter Training Series

Welcome to the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) recruiter training series. Below are a series of videos that each potential recruiter must watch in order to fulfill the training requirements of WRP. There are 10 modules in which the first nine detail components of the WRP from start to finish. The tenth module teaches you how to use the WRP Database and enter student data. The final component is a video titled "Recruiter Training Interview Guide". This component provides recruiters with real life experiences from experienced WRP recruiters and contains a short 5 minute mock interview at the end.

All recruiters are required to view all video components of the training. New recruiters will be required to complete and submit a write up review of the mock interview. The instructions are provided in the video and in a handout for download. All recruiters will be required to complete and submit answers to a short quiz that is available for download with the recruiter training documents.
