The Department of Labor National Contact Center (DOL-NCC) provides employees and employers a reliable resource to receive consistent, accurate, and current information assistance for all DOL programs. The DOL-NCC provides nationwide toll-free information services to our customers with questions about employment, unemployment, wages, workplace safety and health, pension and health benefits, workplace injuries as well as all other general DOL related inquiries. In addition to answering general information inquiries, the DOL-NCC will refer any specific inquiry from the American public to the appropriate DOL office without delay.
