The "Content Last Revised" date represents the more recent of these two conditions:

  1. The date of the original source for this CFR Section.
  2. The date of the Final Rule or Final Notice that revised this CFR Section.

A blank date field indicates that no date was available on the source documents used to build the affected CFR Part or Section.
