29 CFR 98.420 - Scope of suspension.

  • Section Name: Scope of suspension. 
    The scope of a suspension is the same as the scope of a debarment 
(see Sec. 98.325), except that the procedures of Secs. 98.410 through 
98.413 shall be used in imposing a suspension.
