29 CFR 37.53 - What are a Governor's oversight
responsibilities regarding recipients' recordkeeping?
The Governor must ensure that recipients collect and maintain records in a manner consistent with the provisions of Sec. 37.37 and any procedures prescribed by the Director under Sec. 37.37(b). The Governor must further ensure that recipients are able to provide data and reports in the manner prescribed by the Director.
