OCIO Managed Investments

The OCIO manages the following IT investments:

  • eCPIC — A web based IT investment and portfolio management system
  • EVMS — An Earned Value Management System (EVMS) which includes project management process and procedures as well as the implementation of the wInsight Earned Value Management (EVM) data analysis and report generation tool.
  • DEAMS — The Departmental Enterprise Architecture Management System (DEAMS) provides the ability to capture enterprise-wide architecture information to facilitate real-time analysis of how Department of Labor (DOL) data and technologies can better support the lines of business.
  • DIO — The DOL Infrastructure Optimization (DIO) (formerly known as the Unified DOL Technology Infrastructure (UDTI) initiative) is a Department-wide IT infrastructure optimization initiative.
