SUBJECT:	Department of Labor (DOL) Information Quality Annual Report

I am pleased to submit DOL’s Draft 2008 Information Quality Annual Report, as required by the Information Quality Act (Pub. L. 106-554). This report details the Requests for Corrections received by DOL, and the resolution of those requests through the correction process provided by DOL’s Information Quality Guidelines (Vol. 67 FR 61669). The report reflects the Department’s commitment to ensure the quality of the information disseminated by DOL.
