Aug 21 OFCCP - Developing Written Affirmative Action Programs/ Workplace Accommodations, Columbus, OH.
This event is a two-part event. Part One (1) is designed to assist the contractor with the development of their written affirmative action programs, outlining their good faith efforts pertinent to women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Part Two (2) will cover the requirements of Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, emphasizing workplace accommodations

Aug 21 OFCCP- Nuts and Bolts of Construction Reviews and Best Practices on Minority and Female Utilization Goal Attainment, Pittsburgh, PA.
The Pittsburgh District Office will provide construction contractors and subcontractors compliance assistance on implementing the 16 construction specifications as required by 41 CFR 60-4. This session will also provide an opportunity for contractors to meet local CBOs and develop future linkage opportunities.
