Abstract:
The database will provide the public with a descriptive listing of all
Department of Labor (DOL) compliance assistance materials. These materials
include compliance assistance brochures, guides, fact sheets, bulletins and
check-lists that help businessses and others comply with DOL laws and
regulations. Users will be able to search the listing by topic, language,
agency and other keywords. For web-based compliance assistance materials, links
will be provided.
Purpose: The Compliance Assistance materials
are designed to provide information on the laws and regulations that the
Department enforces. The database allows for quick and easy access to these
materials.
Agency Program: The office of Compliance Assistance
Policy in OASP provides information and tools to the public to help them comply
with DOL's laws and regulations. The Database is one of these tools.
