Abstract: The Historical Collection includes articles and reports on DOL history and several series of historical documents, among them press releases, speeches, oral histories. It also includes a finding aid for DOL records in the National Archives. Most of these materials are scheduled for transfer to the National Archives.

Purpose: The Historical Collection is a resource that provides staff and the public with a sense of DOL's mission and specific information on its history.
