In a ceremony at the Consul General of the Dominican Republic in New York , OSHA Regional Administrator Robert Kulick, Consul General Felix Antonio Martinez, and OSHA Area Director and Regional Diverse Workforce Coordinator Diana Cortez sign an alliance to provide safety and health education and training to Dominican workers in four states.
