A Labor Department investigator interviews migrant workers during an inspection of a blueberry farm in Western Michigan. Multiple investigations revealed numerous FLSA and MSPA violations against 17 growers and nine farm labor contractors, resulting in nearly $106,000 in penalties and back wages.
