Agency Program: In enacting the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, Pub. L. No. 104-231, 110 Stat. 3048, Congress made major revisions to the part of the Freedom of Information Act, subsection (e), that pertains to the submission of annual reports by federal agencies on their administration of the Act.
