Jeff Navin is Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary Hilda L. Solis.
Prior to his service at the Department of Labor, he worked as a strategist and researcher at American Environics, a political consulting firm that merges traditional polling and focus groups with sophisticated tools from the fields of social psychology and cognitive linguistics.
He previously served as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Stephanie Herseth Sandlin and Research Director to Senate Democratic Leader Tom Daschle.
Jeff is a past recipient of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship for Public Service and a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the Georgetown University Law Center.
