Chief Economist — Alex Mas

Alex Mas is the Chief Economist at the Department of Labor. He is a Professor of Economics and Public Affairs at Princeton University. He was previously a professor in both the Department of Economics and the Haas School of Business at Berkeley University. Dr. Mas is also an NBER faculty research fellow. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University.
