Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) Poster
Illustration of the Employee Polygraph Protection Act poster
Every employer subject to the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA) shall post and keep posted on its premises a notice explaining the Act, as prescribed by the Secretary of Labor. Such notice must be posted in a prominent and conspicuous place in every establishment of the employer where it can readily be observed by employees and applicants for employment.
A copy of the poster is available in two versions: One for a color printer and one for a black and white printer. The printer should have at least 1 MB of memory.
To use this file as a poster for your place of employment, please follow these instructions:
- The file is only available in PDF format. In order to view and/or print PDF documents you must have a PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® v5 or later) available on your workstation.
- Click on the link for the (EPPA) poster (color or black and white) and wait for it to load into the viewer.
- To print, click on the printer icon within the Acrobat Reader. Do not use the browser's print feature.
- The two printed pages must be taped or pasted together to form an 11 x 17 inch poster (Like the one displayed on this page).
Please note that the June 2003 revision of the Employee Polygraph Protection Act Poster, is still valid and employers may continue to post them. Also, this revised poster may be ordered free of charge through the Wage and Hour Publication system.
